So you have your essential oils... Now what? Don't get lost in the many many uses of essential oils. Pick on use and try that first!

Personal Uses: You can use these in an inhaler (15-20 drops),  with a carrier oil on your body (12 drops per ounce for a typical 2% dilution) or in a diffuser(5 drops per 150ml).

Household uses: Room spray, disinfectant, toothpaste, oral swish, and more!

All of these uses require dilution as essential oils are potent and should not be used on skin alone as they could create irritation.
